Rental Options - Personal Set & Delivery Available at your Accommodation or Airport - Delivery Fees Below
We can deliver alpine touring ski boots as part of a ski rental package, Tech compatible, and will bring several sizes to ensure a good fit. We do not provide snow board boots.
For delivery, please contact us and we will send a separate booking form for groups needing delivery.
If we are delivering, we will need your personal contact in Japan, as well as the full address, accommodation phone number and your room number or booking group name. For all delivery details please click the “Group Rental Form Required” button below.
Please note delivery is only available for full ski or board set ups. For accessories only delivery is not available. Please contact us for clarification if you are not sure if delivery will be available for your group.

Rental rates for 2024/25
Essential Knowledge
We will match you with the best available equipment based on the details you provide us.
We do not rent snow board boots, only Alpine Touring (Tech compatable) ski touring boots and we bring 2-3 pairs per person for the best fit, but we do need accurate information about your boot size.
Skins and adjustable poles included with all rentals.
Set up can be at our lodge in Tomamu, your hotel/lodge or on arrival at Chitose Airport. Confirmation details will depend on our schedule and your arrival details.
For rental returns, we may pick up depending on your tour finish location, but in most situations we proivde ski bags and we cover the return courier fee. For return courier service, we attach a return courier voucher with our address details to the ski bags you then hand the bag in to the front desk of your last hotel or to the Black Cat courier desk at the airport when you have finished.
Payment via credit Card or Online Invoice Payable on or prior to setup.
All equipment supplied by us is fit for purpose and checked prior to your use.
Split Board rental is only available for experienced split boarders. An exception to this is if you are with a split board guide. Please advise.
Damage. Gear breakages do occur. We may charge replacement cost for any broken equipment. For mid rental damage to equipment, mobile repair or replacement will depend on location and availbility. We charge a delivery fee, if we are available.
Tech Bindings. These bindings are light weight and delicate. They are designed purely for backcountry and off piste skiing. They are not designed for resort skiing. Please choose wisely. See note on damage above.
Ski Skins. All skins supplied by us are set for your ski length and have sufficient attachment surface, whether glue or hybrid. Skin management is critical to your enjoyment of the backcountry. You cannot let the attachment surface get wet or have any snow on it. Personal Delivery and Setup (in addition to rental fees). Note: Personal Delivery available for groups of 5 or more* doing 5 or more days rental. See courier option below for individual or small group/short duration delivery options. Delivery and set up time depends on your arrival details and our availability.

Courier Delivery (in addition to rental fees).Note: For this option, we will pre-adjust bindings in our workshop but you must be proficient at fine tuning the binding adjustment to your exact boot size. See our Tech page for more details on how we set up our bindings. No boots are available for courier only delivery.
