Telemark Rental
We speak fluent "telemark" and appreciate the skill required in "dropping the Knee". We have been telemark skiing and instructing for over thirty years. We have a range of skis from resort carvers to fat powder floaters. We use mostly Black Diamond BD01 Telemark bindings, a sturdy binding that powers up when charging the resort, and has a pivot option when chasing deep powder in the Tokachi Mountains. Telemark bindings with pivot features make climbing just that bit easier.
NTN Bindings: We also have a limited number of skis set up with NTN Freeride bindings. All skis are matched with full width skins and come with adjustable poles. (Note: We do not have NTN boots.)
Boot Sizes. We have duck bill telemark boots sizes ranging from 23 to 30.5 Mondo sizing, some Black Diamond and some Garmont.

Pattern Based Touring
For gentle ski touring, particularly in the country around our lodge at Tomamu, we have a fleet of pattern based metal edged touring skis. This includes Rossignol BC and Madshus Panorama and Annums. We have some with Tech bindings that can be used with our tech compatable boots or with 75mm cable bindings that suit our range of telemark boots which includes lighter Scarpa T4 options.
